What is God's love to you?

I wrote this poem for a challenge that my school put on, but I enjoyed the poem so much that I had to share it

"What is God's love to you?"
   by Luke Putz

God's love is grace and kind and pure,
God's love lets us each have free will,
His wrath did flood the world to kill
But love did save and bring a cure.

God's love will work through all that's bad,
When we don't see where His path leads,
God's love each day supplies our needs,
Removes from us the pain we had.

God's love is sent to us in flesh,
The incarnate, our deity,
It was His love and not pity,
That let us start anew, afresh.

He came to save all those He could
From sin and death on judgment day,
But first He had a price to pay,
God's love is blood and nails and wood.
